In the Database of Genomic Variation and Phenotype in Humans using Ensembl Resource (https://www.deciphergenomics.org/), it was shown that patients with a mutation at the 14q24.3 locus of the MLH3 gene, showed an endometrial cancer and enhanced tumor susceptibility, which is consistent with the results of previous cohort studies and similar to the results of the present case report. This evidence concerns the gene MLH3 and neoplasm.
