In the high expression group of SCD, Sulfur metabolism was significantly associated, while in the low expression group, Huntington disease, Parkinson disease, Protein export, Glycosphingolipid biosynthesis ganglio series, Citrate cycle tca cycle, B cell receptor signaling pathway, Basal transcription factors, Oxidative phosphorylation, Lysosome and Glycosaminoglycan biosynthesis keratan sulfate were significantly associated (Figure 5 and Table 3). This evidence concerns the gene SCD and Huntington disease.
