Figure 6 presents the expression profiles of HSP90AA1, ICAM1, EZH2, and ARG2 in various stages of cervical pathology, including normal cervix, CIN II, CIN III, and CC. Macrophage M1 phenotype was characterized by the markers CD68+, INOS+, CD206-, and CD163-, whereas activated CD4 memory T cells were identified by the markers CD4+, CD44+, and CD45RO+. The distribution and expression of cell types across different stages of cervical disease are shown in Figure 7. This evidence concerns the gene HSP90AA1 and uterine cervix carcinoma in situ.
