Serum analyses revealed that levels of IL-6 (47.23 ± 7.45 vs 39.56 ±7.37, p< 0.001), LPS (12.79 ± 2.07 vs 11.71 ± 1.88,p = 0.031), hs-CRP (13.58 ± 2.62 vs 11.57 ± 2.49, p = 0.002), PAGIn (619.20 ± 119.33 vs 555.64 ± 109.29, p =0.029) and TMAO (13.01 ± 2.19 vs 11.70 ± 1.78, p = 0.011)were considerably elevated in the CAD group compared to the non-CAD group. Here, IL6 is linked to coronary artery disorder.
