In a study based on network pharmacology of CUR-related mechanisms against HCC, scientists treated HepG2 cells with different concentrations of CUR (0, 20, 40, and 60 μmol/L), and the results revealed that CUR treated HCC by regulating the PI3K-Akt pathway, AMPK pathway, apoptosis and autophagy. Here, AKT1 is linked to hepatocellular carcinoma.
