GHRL and Alzheimer disease: Figure 6 shows that serum Glucagon and GHRP-Ghrelin were significantly elevated in the model group, compared to the control group (P < 0.05), indicating metabolic dysregulation. KJW-M and KJW-L significantly decreased serum GHRP-Ghrelin, and KJW-L significantly decreased serum Glucagon release in APPswe/PS1dE9 AD mice, suggesting that KXSJW can regulate metabolic disorder in AD mice, but dosage may be important.
