CCNA2 and colorectal carcinoma: HCT116 and HT29 cell lines with higher expression of CCNA2 were used to construct stable cell lines with knockdown of CCNA2. The Western blotting and fluorescence imaging results showed the knockdown efficiency of CCNA2 in CRC cells (Fig. 3F, Fig. S4, A and B), which suggested the successful construction of stable cell lines with the knockdown of CCNA2. The results of the Cell Counting Kit-8 (CCK-8) assay demonstrated that CCNA2 knockdown could inhibit the proliferation of HT29 and HCT116 cells (Fig. 3G).
