To our knowledge, this is the first study to investigate the association between diagnostic LAIPs and FCM-MRD≥10% on day 15 in bone marrow, showing that the strong CD13 and CD34 expression and WBC count ≥20 × 109/L significantly predicts poor early treatment response in BCP-ALL, independent of other clinical and genetic risk factors. The gene discussed is CD34; the disease is acute lymphoblastic leukemia.
