The results of our study suggest that the increased expression of ACTB and the molecular interplays involving “HBA1&HBB," “HBB&HBA1," “IGKV1-5&IGHV4-31," “IGHV4-31&IGKV1-5," “HLA-DRA&CD74" and “ACTB&ACTB" might contribute to the progression of acute leukemia. The gene discussed is HBA1; the disease is acute leukemia.
