The cross-sectional cohort study looked at 732 patients with psoriasis and found that IL-23 inhibitor use was associated with a significantly decreased risk of COVID-19 compared to patients using topical ointment, methotrexate, narrowband ultraviolet therapy (NB-UVB), TNF-α inhibitors, IL-17 inhibitors, and traditional Chinese medicine [111]. This evidence concerns the gene TNF and COVID-19.
