Additionally, Wang et al. demonstrated that knockdown of TP73-AS1 significantly inhibits the proliferation, colony formation, and invasion capabilities of GC cells, while downregulating the expression levels of TCF-4 and β-catenin, suggesting that TP73-AS1 plays an important role in GC through the regulation of the Wnt/β-catenin signaling pathway [11].
