CD274 and non-small cell lung carcinoma: In this trial, unresectable stage III non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC) patients who received durvalumab (an anti-programmed death-ligand 1 (PD-L1) antibody) following concurrent platinum-based chemoradiation demonstrated significantly improved progression-free survival (PFS: 16.8 vs. 5.6 months; hazard ratio [HR]: 0.52) and overall survival (OS: 47.5 vs. 29.1 months; HR: 0.72) compared to placebo.
