Optimized conditions for the synthesis of 3-(indolin-6-yl)-4-(N-pyrazole-sulfonamide)-1H-pyrrolo[2,3-b]pyridine structures using standard building blocks allow us to expand the range of NOX2 inhibitors and promote these compounds for in vivo practical testing for their protective effect in various pathologies associated with inflammation in the brain, including AD, PD, traumatic brain injury, and others.
