To clarify T-cell responses in myelin oligodendrocyte glycoprotein (MOG) antibody-associated disease (MOGAD), we cultured the peripheral blood mononuclear cells of 24 patients with MOGAD and 20 with aquaporin-4 (AQP4) antibody-positive neuromyelitis optica spectrum disorders (NMOSD), and those of 17 healthy controls (HCs), in the presence of fourteen MOG peptides covering the full-length MOG, five AQP4 peptides, two myelin basic protein peptides, or two proteolipid protein peptides. The gene discussed is MOG; the disease is neuromyelitis optica.
