It is well-documented that dioscin significantly enhances the expression of PCNA, cyclin-dependent kinase 4 (CDK4), cyclin-dependent kinase 2 (CDK2), cell cycle protein D1 (Cyclin D1), and cell cycle protein E1 (Cyclin E1) in primary hepatocytes and AML-12 cells in mice, thereby promoting cell proliferation and LR [32]. Here, CDK2 is linked to acute myeloid leukemia.
