CEBPA-associated familial acute myeloid leukemia (AML) is an autosomal dominant predisposition to AML confered by germline (likely) pathogenic variant affecting the N-terminal extremity of the protein (upstream of the codon 120) (Smith et al., 2004; Tawana and Fitzgibbon, 1993). This evidence concerns the gene CEBPA and acute myeloid leukemia.
