We further observed that mild and moderate asthma subjects in the extreme high, low, and temperature fluctuation groups showed decreased expression of Wfdc21, Spast, Shroom3, Phrf1, Mapk6, Kat5, Dld, Cttnbp2, Cib3, Cma1, Sftpc and Cers4, while the severe asthma subjects showed increased expression.
