CERS4 and asthma: In addition, we observed that mild, moderate, and severe asthma in the extreme low temperature group showed increased expression of Mfsd13a, Kit, Htatsf1, Gtf2h5, Fdx1, Eif1a, and Cma1. We further observed that mild and moderate asthma subjects in the extreme high, low, and temperature fluctuation groups showed decreased expression of Wfdc21, Spast, Shroom3, Phrf1, Mapk6, Kat5, Dld, Cttnbp2, Cib3, Cma1, Sftpc and Cers4, while the severe asthma subjects showed increased expression.
