Multivariate analysis for OS showed that gender distribution (male vs. female, HR: 0.513, 95% CI: 0.270–0.975; p = 0.042), BMI (< 18.5 vs. 18.5–23.9 vs. ≥ 24, HR: 1.896, 95% CI: 1.025–3.506; p = 0.041), AFP level (≤ 400 ng/mL vs. > 400 ng/mL, HR: 0.484, 95% CI: 0.291–0.805; p = 0.005), tumor number (single vs. multiple, HR: 0.215, 95% CI: 0.051–0.917; p = 0.038), and sarcopenia (yes vs. no, HR: 0.527, 95% CI: 0.311–0.893; p = 0.017) were prognostic factors. This evidence concerns the gene AFP and sarcopenia.
