By analyzing data from the NCBI-GEO platform, it was found that, based on data from the GPL96, GPL570, GPL11154, GPL1708, GPL10558, and GPL91 platforms, and compared with the synovial samples from healthy people, those from RA patients had significantly higher expression of genes encoding CD47, TSP1, SIRP-α, and integrin subunits α4, αM, αv, αL, β1, β2, and β3 (RA=230, healthy=59) (Figures 1A–J). Here, CD47 is linked to rheumatoid arthritis.
