The existence of FFAR2+ and FFAR3+ cells in human myocardial infarction tissue, by immunofluorescent co-staining for FFAR2/3 and canonical marker genes of monocytes and macrophages (CD14, CX3CR1, and CD68), indicating the existence of FFAR2/3 positive monocytes and macrophages (Supplementary Figure S5). The gene discussed is CD14; the disease is myocardial infarction.
