The results indicated that cancer-associated fibroblasts, neutrophils, plasmacytoid dendritic cells (pDCs), and CD4+ Th1 and Th2 T cells were more abundant in high-risk samples, while NK cells, M2 macrophages, B cells, CD4+ T cells, CD8+ T cells, CD4+ central memory T cells, CD4+ memory resting cells, and activated mast cells were significantly increased in the low-risk group.
