AFP and neoplasm: Younger patients (<60 years) had smaller median tumor sizes (4.5 vs. 5.0 cm, p=0.048), lower AFP levels (150 vs. 320 ng/mL, p=0.032), and lower liver stiffness (15.0 vs. 17.0 kPa, p=0.045) relative to those ≥60 years, with a corresponding improvement in objective response rate (60.2% vs. 48.0%, p=0.041).
