We observed more heterogeneous gene expression distributions in normal samples, whereas pronounced phase-specific expression peaks in tumor samples, which were G6PD and KPNA2 exhibited significant expression peaks in early cellular phases, but KPNA2, PFKP, UBE2S, and TPX2 showed higher expression levels in the advanced and terminal cellular phases in the tumor samples. This evidence concerns the gene G6PD and neoplasm.
