Deng et al. [109] showed that β-sitosterol, stigmasterol, kaempferol, quercetin, and 2-methoxy-3-methyl-9,10-anthraquinone have strong binding affinity with proinflammatory cytokines (TNF-α, IL-6, IL-10), mitogen-activated protein kinase1, transcription factor p65, and RAC-α serine/threonine-protein kinase—all of which are RA-related hub targets. This evidence concerns the gene IL6 and rheumatoid arthritis.
