This study aims to use lipopolysaccharide (LPS) to establish mammary alveolar cells-large T antigen cells (MAC-T is a bovine mammary epithelial cell line) and mouse models of mastitis, investigating the functional relationship between actin-related protein 2/3 complex subunits 3 (ARPC3) and 4 (ARPC4) and heat shock protein 70 (HSP70) during mammary epithelial cell inflammation and assessing its effects on apoptosis. The gene discussed is ARPC3; the disease is mastitis.
