KRAS and non-small cell lung carcinoma: In patients with locally advanced or metastatic KRAS G12C–mutated NSCLC, glecirasib at 800 mg daily resulted in a confirmed overall response rate of 47.9% (56/117), disease control rate of 86.3% (101/117), and median progression-free survival of 8.2 months by an Independent Review Committee in a pivotal phase II single-arm study (NCT05009329; ref. 15).
