DNASE1L3 and neoplasm: Experimental investigations have further elucidated the tumor-suppressor role of DNASE1L3 in HCC, DNASE1L3 exerts its anti-HCC effects by impeding glycolysis (Xiao, et al., 2022) and impairing the advancement of the cell cycle by integrating with CDK2 (Sun, et al., 2022).
