Furthermore, through a series of carefully designed in vitro cellular experiments and in vivo animal model experiments, we not only verified that the upregulation of SLC16A1 expression can significantly promote the proliferation, migration, and invasive capabilities of HNSCC cells but also clarified the role of this gene as a key oncogenic factor in HNSCC.
