SETD2 and acute myeloid leukemia: To improve the reproducibility of the prediction, two sets of differentially expressed genes (DEGs) from different conditions of Setd2 LOF were collected: (1) Mll-Af9/Setd2F2478L/WT  versus Mll-Af9/Setd2WT/WT, where the Setd2-mutant allele corresponds to a mutation found in an AML patient [6]; (2) Mll-Af9 with Setd2 knockdown versus scramble control, as previously analyzed [12] (Figure 1A; Table S1).
