The use of ultra-small plant phospholipids can reduce the level of non-HDL-C (non-high-density lipoprotein (HDL) cholesterol), triglycerides (TG), apolipoprotein B, total protein, and very low-density lipoprotein cholesterol, which allows them to be used in the treatment of combined hyperlipidemia [13,35]. This evidence concerns the gene APOB and hyperlipidemia.
