To determine if the expression of the gene encoding OCA-B is elevated in human MS samples, we mined high-throughput, single-nucleus RNA-Seq data of glial and immune cells from a recent study that used single-nucleus RNA-Seq to evaluate gene expression in brain tissue from 54 patients with MS and 26 control participants without MS (43). This evidence concerns the gene POU2AF1 and myeloid sarcoma.
