CD4 and colorectal carcinoma: Later, the cells were classified into 35 distinct cell clusters using t-SNE dimensionality reduction (Figure 7C), and the distribution of cell clusters in the CRC and control samples is presented in Figure 7D. After annotation, 16 cell types were annotated, including goblet cells, naive CD4+ T cells, plasma B cells, epithelial cells, follicular B cells, enterocytes, CD8+ Tem, CD4 Treg, M1-like macrophages, fibroblast cells, NKT, M2-like macrophages, endothelial cells, mast cells, dendritic cells, and glial cells (Figure 7E,F).
