Dysregulated EGOT expression has been observed in various cancers, including head and neck [44,48], breast [49,50,51,52], hepatocellular carcinoma [53], rectal cancer [54], gastric cancer [55], renal cell carcinoma [56,57], thyroid cancer [58,59,60,61], and glioma [62]. This evidence concerns the gene EGOT and gastric cancer.
