This cohort comprised 34 stage I (33.01%), 50 stage II (48.54%), and 19 stage III (18.45%) breast cancer patients, classified according to tumor, node, metastasis staging (TNM).[44] IHC staining results revealed that BCKDK and p‐RNF8S157 were weakly presented in adjacent normal tissues but highly abundant in cancer tissues (Figure 5b). This evidence concerns the gene BCKDK and breast carcinoma.
