As shown in the mechanism diagram in Figure S6, BCa cells secreted lnc-TAF12–2:1, which was packaged in exosomes for transmission and promoted the expression of ASB12 by acting as a ceRNA and competitively sponging miR-7847–3p to mediate the proliferation, migration, cell cycle arrest, and apoptosis of tumor cells, thereby promoting the development of BCa.
