According to the sGP73 cutoff value (75 ng/mL), the HCC patients were divided into a GP73-positive group (GP73 >75 ng/mL; n = 72) and a GP73-negative group (GP73 ≤ 75 ng/mL; n = 62), and the important clinicopathological parameters, such as liver function, sAFP level, tumor differentiation degree, metastasis, mode of treatment, and 6-month mortality after resection, were compared between the two groups. The gene discussed is GOLM1; the disease is hepatocellular carcinoma.
