The use of drug inhibitors (sunitinib, dasatinib, cabozantinib, vemurafenib, selumetinib, dabrafenib, sorafenib, RDEA-119, CI-1040, vandetanib, encorafenib, regorafenib, pralsetinib, and selpercatinib) targeting RET, BRAF, NRAS, KRAS, and EPHA7 mutations has shown efficacy in reducing tumor progression in thyroid cancer patients.
