ATF3 and neoplasm: Notably, MP7 exhibited a unique molecular signature enriched with histone‐related genes and key transcription factors (e.g., early growth response 1 [EGR1], SOX4 and ATF3), along with significant up‐regulation of tumour progression‐associated pathways, particularly positive regulation of Wnt and Notch signalling pathways,42, 43, 44 which were markedly enhanced in advanced GC (Figure 2B).
