Similarly, in a mouse model of pancreatic cancer, it has been shown that the expression of Cadherin-11 was associated with CAF pro-tumorigenic activity and that the administration of anti-Cadherin-11 antibody was able to inhibit this effect by decreasing the infiltration of FoxP3+ T cells in the tumor (82).
