CD19 and lymphoma: As of February 2025, the FDA has approved seven CAR-T cell therapies: four anti-CD19 therapies for the treatment of B cell-derived leukemia and/or lymphoma (axicabtagene ciloleucel, brexucabtagene autoleucel, lisocabtagene maraleucel, tisagenlecleucel, and obecabtagen autolocel), and two anti-BCMA therapies for the treatment of multiple myeloma (ciltacabtagene autoleucel and idecabtagene vicleucel).
