Laboratory tests revealed elevated C-reactive protein (CRP), hypoalbuminemia, and anemia. Comprehensive evaluations, including upper and lower gastrointestinal endoscopy, showed no apparent malignant findings, according to European Society for Medical Oncology (ESMO) guidelines for CUP [7]. Positron emission tomography-computed tomography (PET-CT) demonstrated uptake in the right supraclavicular and paratracheal lymph nodes (Figure 1).
