KEGG enrichment analyses revealed that the MRGs primarily focused on pathways associated with infection caused by pathogenic Escherichia coli, the interleukin-17 (IL-17) signaling pathway, atherosclerosis induced by fluid shear stress, necroptosis, NOD-like receptor signaling pathway, C-type lectin receptor signaling pathway, lipid metabolism, atherosclerosis development, and Salmonella infection (Fig. 3B). This evidence concerns the gene CLEC4D and atherosclerosis.
