TNF and viral infectious disease: The results showed that, compared with the mock-inoculated group, differentially expressed mRNAs in the PRV infection group were significantly enriched in 35 signaling pathways (padj < 0.05), they were mainly associated with the inflammatory response induced by viral infection, for example, viral protein interaction with cytokine and cytokine receptor (mmu04061), TNF signaling pathway (mmu04668), IL-17 signaling pathway (mmu04657), cytokine–cytokine receptor interaction (mmu04060), and NOD-like receptor signaling pathway (mmu04621).
