Consequently, the present study focuses on revealing the in vitro biological efficiency of different L. sativum seed extracts against acetylcholinesterase enzyme (Alzheimer’s disease), diabetes mellitus (α-amylase and α-glucosidase enzymes), and inflammation (cyclooxygenase-1 (COX-1), cyclooxygenase-2 (COX-2), and 5-lipoxygenase (5-LOX) enzymes). This evidence concerns the gene PTGS2 and Alzheimer disease.
