Figure 3 shows the schematic flow of our high-content phenotypic screening. This system uses a 384-well plate format (Figure 3). HSMMs were expanded and seeded into 384-well plates and differentiated for four days in the presence of normal or patient serum, stained with MHC, and imaged using an automated imaging system. Representative microscopy images show differentiation on Day 4 with normal serum (left) and cancer patient serum (right; patient serum E in Table 1). This evidence concerns the gene HLA-C and cancer.
