[33] showed that there is a number of DE total RNAs (Table 2) associated with the immune system (CD9, GAPT, BGP6, HERC6, MMP9, BHLHE40, GBP1, GZMA), metabolism (KMO, ZC3HL5, RAB6B), inflammation (AOAH), heat shock protein family (DNAJA1), myocardial infarction (LGALS2), oncogene (MRAS), mTOR inhibition (NPRL3), cell growth (SGMS2), apoptosis (SOX4), and glutamate signaling in brain (NETO2) function.
