[33] showed that there is a number of DE total RNAs (Table 2) associated with the immune system (CD9, GAPT, BGP6, HERC6, MMP9, BHLHE40, GBP1, GZMA), metabolism (KMO, ZC3HL5, RAB6B), inflammation (AOAH), heat shock protein family (DNAJA1), myocardial infarction (LGALS2), oncogene (MRAS), mTOR inhibition (NPRL3), cell growth (SGMS2), apoptosis (SOX4), and glutamate signaling in brain (NETO2) function. This evidence concerns the gene BHLHE40 and myocardial infarction.
