Our results indicated that in the codominant model, the heterozygous VEGF CA genotype was not significantly correlated with the risk of PCOS, showing an odds ratio (OR) of 1.54 (95% CI = 0.8955 to 2.6580), relative risk (RR) = 1.22 (95% CI = 0.9474 to 1.5869), and p < 0.11. Here, VEGFA is linked to polycystic ovary syndrome.
