The three drugs that are routinely used and discussed in rheumatic diseases are tofacitinib (TOFA; works on JAK families in this order- JAK3 > JAK2 > JAK1), baricitinib (BARI; JAK1, JAK2, and TYK2), and upadacitinib (UPA; JAK1 > JAK2 and JAK3) [86]. Here, JAK1 is linked to rheumatic disorder.
