PRDM1 and gout: Further significantly upregulated transcripts related to inflammatory processes included ADAM19, PD-L1 (CD274), non-canonical NF-kB genes NFKB2 and RELB, furthermore IFITM1, JAML -linked with acute kidney injury [61]- IRX3-linked with metabolic inflammation [62]- and PRDM1-observed in gouty arthritis [63] (Table S5).
