The results showed that among the 11 miRNAs in the intersection, miR-184, miR-139-5p, and miR-145-5p were under-expressed in lung cancer tissues, which were inversely proportional to the expression of YTHDF1 and might be the key miRNAs regulating YTHDF1 (Figure S6C).
